Terms & Conditions

1. 50% of the contract price on acceptance of the quote.

2. 40% of the contract price on factory inspection

3. Final Payment 10% on completion of installation and within 7 days of the final invoice date.

4. All payments to be made to Inhouse Design & Concepts Ltd. and can be deposited via direct credit to the bank account number 02­0456­0056213­00 with your name in the reference field.

Our installation allows for sufficient time on site relative to the size and intricacy of your requirements. Any subsequent visits due to circumstances beyond our control may incur further cost (i.e. returning to scribe toe kicks following floor laying etc).

We take every possible precaution to ensure that no damage is done while installing your project. Inhouse Design & Concepts Ltd will make every effort to avoid any damage when cabinetry is fitting tightly to walls or ceilings, however, in this event it is the owner’s responsibility.
